Managing Your Subscription
- How do I cancel my subscription? Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find FundFinder and tap Cancel Subscription.
- How do I restore a purchase on a new device? Open the FundFinder app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen, or from your profile settings.
- I was charged but the app says I have no subscription. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your Apple ID receipt and we will investigate.
- Can I get a refund? Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account and Login
- I forgot my password. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a reset code.
- How do I update my profile or region? Go to the Profile tab and tap the field you want to update.
- How do I delete my account? Email us at support@fundfinder.fund with your registered email address and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Grant Data
- How often is grant data updated? FundFinder syncs with Grants.gov and curated funding sources every 24 hours. Newly listed grants typically appear within one day.
- A grant listing seems outdated or incorrect. Grant data is sourced from public government databases and may occasionally lag. Always verify details on the official grant website before applying.
- I cannot find a specific grant. Try adjusting your profile (user type, country, region) or use the search and filter options on the Grants tab. If you believe a grant should be listed, let us know.
Technical Issues
- The app is not loading or crashing. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall FundFinder from the App Store.
- I am not receiving push notifications. Check that notifications are enabled for FundFinder in your iPhone Settings app under Notifications.
